Triceps Exercises with Cable Machine
Triceps are an often forgotten muscle group. Triceps are located on the opposite side of the biceps at the back of the upper arm. Well strengthened and defined triceps make the arm look bigger and sleeker (reducing the "flabby arm" look).
The cable machine is a piece of equipment used in weight training or functional training. A wide variety of exercises can be performed using the apparatus.
To select the desired amount of resistance, move the metal pin into the labelled hole in the weight stack. The other end of the cable forms a loop, which allows the user to attach the appropriate handle. Some cable machines also allow you to change the position of the handle.
The overhead cable tricep extension is a beginner upper body exercise. This exercise isolates the triceps and is great for increasing lean muscle mass.
