We just launched 4 challenging workouts that include a cardio conditioning workout, a beginner weight loss circuit and a couple of full body strength workouts.
We added 10 challenging new exercises! This update includes bodyweight exercises, gymnastics movements and a couple barbell and dumbbell strength exercises.
Ray Clark started training a few years ago when he was 98 years old. Now he is 102 and still hits the gym with his 70 year old trainer Thom Hunter on a weekly basis!
